Please purchase a General Access ticket before booking your classes.

Your General Access ticket includes access to any talk on the Main Stage with no need to pre-book! You’ll also be able to discover the most exciting brands in health and wellness on our fashion and beauty street.

All other stages and studios can be purchased for just £5 extra, so whether you want to sweat it out or soak up some knowledge, you can tailor your schedule to suit you.

Session tickets on their own will not permit entry to Women’s Health Live, you MUST have a General Access ticket to enter the festival.

Sweat Studio

High energy workouts to make you sweat

Let Frame London spice up your life with 45 sweaty minutes of cardio set to 90s classics. Britney, Christina and co will take you to your happy place where you can jam out to your heart’s content. Leave your inhibitions at the door for this one. Coordination optional.

No equipment necessary for this bodyweight strength session. Just a mate. WH’s fitness expert will put you through your paces in this full body partner workout. No mate, no worries – you can make a new one. Or nab a spot close to the front. Alice will be picking someone from the crowd to buddy-up with her…

IG power couple Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez have teamed up to bring you a workout that’ll have you jumping (and dancing) for joy. A mash up of the exercises that keep them both in prime condition, expect to improve your strength and test your coordination, while also getting a pretty sweet burn on. If you’re not afraid of hard work and fancy the chance to sweat with your Strictly favourites, then make sure to save your spot. Fast.

You’ve sweated up a storm with her through her app – get ready to do it in person. The international sensation that is Kayla Itsines won’t hold back in this headliner workout, featuring 45 minutes of her signature circuits. Come ready to burpee.

Stretch, breathe and flow in our Yoga Studio

Thought you wouldn’t get sweaty in a barre class? Think again. Sculpt, stretch and sweat with this bodyweight workout from the team at Define London. Are you ready to shake? Trainers are recommended for this session.

Expect 30 minutes of jam-packed, high-intensity barre cardio to get your pulse racing and muscles working in a full-body blitz by Xtend. You’re going to the need the 15-min foam roller stretch afterwards to loosen up and lengthen out those tired muscles.

If you’ve ever wanted to practice with super famous IG yogi Jessica Olie, then this is your chance. Olie will lead you through a strong flow, designed to keep you in-touch with your breath while pushing your limits with challenging and rewarding poses and sequences.
