11.00am - How Sleep Effects Performance with Equinox
Join Equinox sleep coach Susan Hart as she shares some insights into the impact of our lives on our sleeping patterns from the relationship between sleep and weight loss to how to optimise your bed time routine to make sure you fall asleep and stay asleep. She'll also be discussing how phones, tablets and laptops could be affecting your circadian clock and the truth behind sleep and supplements.
11.00am - Paola's BodyBarre Signature Class
The signature PBB Class – it’s dynamic, fun, and high energy (yet low impact). This is an upbeat sequence which flows, yielding incredible results. Drawing on elements from both Pilates, barre conditioning and yoga to give you incredible results. The PBB Signature gets into the deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral (mover)muscles, working them to exhaustion giving you a tight, chiseled body. After just three or four sessions, you can expect lean limbs, amazing posture and a very strong core. Bring your barre socks – no trainers required!

This class is the blueprint for creating a long, lean, beautiful body. James Duigan and the Bodyism experts have used their years of training to create a holistic and form-focused class, which combines every aspect of the Bodyism movement philosophy. The session highlights all the very best aspects of Bodyism training. With a strong focus on aligning movement and breath; the class fuses a perfect combination of movement preparation, yoga, functional movement and classical ballet. The mix of these elements will build strength, confidence and an overall sense of enhanced health and wellbeing.
11.00am - XYB with Heartcore
XYB is a powerful mat-based workout built on the principles of the physical and mindful benefits of Yoga, infused with strengthening and toning demanding body conditioning moves designed to push your body past your (believed) limitations. Expect to detox the mind through focused breath work, deeply opening poses, and challenging dynamic sequences. This class taught by one of Heartcore's top trainers, Sofia Micy and has a 10/10 feel good factor that will truly have you glowing from the inside out!
12.00pm - Best Butt Ever with Equinox's Michelle Morrey
Best Butt Ever is strategically engineered to lift and shape your hottest asset. Fire up your glutes, build strength and definition, and get powerful. Waist-whittling exercises are also integrated to further accentuate your new rearview.
12:00pm - HIIT class with Psycle
Led by trainer Zoe Shinn, this class is designed to deliver a powerful, high intensity interval workout that will leave every part of your body worked. Using a mixture of TRX, kettle-bells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, the classes are challenging, highly effective and push your limits. This class is designed to give amazing metabolic benefits - be prepared to sweat!
12.00pm - WH Run Club
Make your run count with WHRC. Women's Health experts will show you how to HIIT it hard, yet have fun on your runs. We’ll take you on a 3.5KM loop along the South Bank, stopping for HIIT stops along the way. All you need is your trainers and an open mind, we’ll do the rest.
13.00pm - Running To Shape Your Body and Mind
Let @Wellness_Ed Amy Hopkins and Francesca Menato @Ces_Menato from Women's Health educate you in the smarter ways to run. From changing pace to increasing calorie burn, and learning how to de-stress as you sweat the co-conspirators of WHRC share their knowledge bombs.
13.00pm - METcore Pilates with FORM founder Elissa Elhadj
Not your average pilates class, FORM owner Elissa Elhadj brings her results driven, award winning signature class METcore Pilates to Red Magazine readers, for a heart-pumping, waist cinching and butt lifting 55 minute workout. METcore is a hybrid exercise class that combines the two key disciplines of training, Pilates and Plyometrics (cardio). Elissa devises exercises that target problem areas, strengthening, toning, sculpting and chiseling the body to move well and look sensational. Expect to break a sweat!
13.00pm - Core Collective - Stretch
In this 55 minute class, you will work through both upper and lower body muscle groups to aid mobility, recovery and prevent injury.
Classes are floor-based, working through a combination of passive and active stretches, and designed to be accessible and relaxing for all levels of flexibility. Regular Stretch classes will help you build a practical flexibility programme into your training regime enabling you to reach your full performance potential.
