Having the courage of your convictions can be a challenge when the world of work is evolving so rapidly. Fortunately, help is at hand from executive coach Lesley Roberts, who will lead an interactive session as part of our Bazaar at Work event series on the theme of bravery.
Roberts comes from a commercial background, having most recently held the position of Coaching and Team Performance Director at Mars Inc. With a role that focused on building up both individuals and teams, Roberts has huge experience in creating successful strategies to deal with all the pressures that come from working in business today.
As well as hearing inspiring stories about fearless women in business, participants will learn how to make bolder career choices that will enable them to flourish both personally and professionally.
