Every ticket gives you access to The Esquire Club – an entire floor of the Townhouse where you can relax in our bar and lounge, enjoy our complimentary in-house grooming parlour, courtesy of SEBMAN, coffee shop, explore the Breitling Loft and experience our dedicated Sports Lounge space to discover the latest in tech and take a trip down sporting memory lane. Esquire Townhouse Fitness Morning

From 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturday 13th October, Esquire Townhouse is turning into the ultimate fitness destination with a programme of classes, challenges, expert consolations, nutrition curated by Esquire’s resident Health and Wellbeing Editor Tom Macklin. Discover the latest fitness trends via our ticketed schedule of new classes hosted by leading trainers from Equinox, Third Space, Barry’s Bootcamp, Heartcore and 1Rebel. Book a 15-minute consultation in The Esquire Clinic with some of the most sought after experts in the capital; prevent injury with Third Space’s Luke Worthington, the UK’s only qualified Postural Restoration expert; nutritionist Sarah Ann Macklin will be giving advise on how to improve your health from the outside in; and Elite PT Andy Vincent will be offering gait and mobility assessments. Drop into The Esquire Kitchen and enjoy complimentary protein shakes, snacks and drinks.

9:00am – 9:45am: Barry’s Bootcamp 

Join a Barry’s master trainer for a signature Barry’s Bootcamp class (the first of two sessions on offer). Their innovative approach works to ‘shock’ the body in the most effective way, to improve the cardiovascular system, accelerate weight loss and to build that all-important muscle. Recognised by a faithful fan base that includes everyone from Hollywood actors to Olympic athletes, this is the perfect chance to try it for yourself.

9:00am – 9:45am: True Athlete with Equinox 

You don’t have to go pro to train like one. Boost your performance with Equinox’s RMT® clubs – the same equipment used by the professional athletes – to challenge your conditioning, coordination, and range of motion. Go head-to-head in rapid-fire drills on our high-pressure BOSU™ domes to test your strength and agility. This is athletic training, redefined. This is how champions are made.

9:00am – 9:45am: The WOD with Third Space 

Expect “EMOMs” and “AMRAPs” as standard and be prepared to dig deep and push hard (the first of two sessions on offer). Combining effective high intensity training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment.

10:00am – 10:45am: Barry’s Bootcamp 

Join a Barry’s master trainer for a signature Barry’s Bootcamp class (the second of two sessions on offer). Work on creating or enhancing your boxing skills with Equinox’s expert coaches. Great for cardio conditioning, as well as building strength and endurance through boxing drills, shadow boxing, kickboxing, and a variety of core strengthening exercises. Wraps and gloves will be provided.

10:00am – 10:45am: The WOD with Third Space

A mixture of boxing for fitness and conditioning, with exercises set between bag and floor work.  This class is designed for those who enjoy boxing-inspired programming without sacrificing the workout and energy found in strength and conditioning classes.

11:00am to 2:30pm: Esquire Townhouse Closing Brunch

Join us to celebrate the end of another fantastic week at Esquire Townhouse.  Bloody Marys, bourbon, indecent amounts of food… we’ve got it all covered!
