Cardio killer is a 45 minute, non-stop full body workout incorporating strength training and focusing on increasing your metabolic rate. This mat based class moves through a constant variety of cardio, strength and core exercises. The relentless pace means it’s incredibly challenging for all: prepare to sweat.

10:00am Class : Equinox Boxing Bootcamp* with Robert Lynch and Charlie Peters

Get up in arms and punch, float and sting your way through this technique based boxing class – great for cardio conditioning, as well as building strength and endurance through, boxing drills, shadow boxing, kickboxing, jump rope, and a variety of core strengthening exercises.
